    Waiheke Shuttles Limited

    Full payment is required prior to the transport date and no transport can be provided if payment in full has not been received. Waiheke Shuttles reserves the right to cancel any bookings where full payment has not been received by the transport date. Details on how to pay for your booked transport is provided on the invoice which is emailed to you.

    Waiheke Shuttles Quotations: Where a quotation for transport has been provided to a potential customer, the quotation remains valid for a period of 30 days only. Confirmation of the quotation is required within the 30 day period and Waiheke Shuttles will not be bound to the transport rates in the quotation after the 30 day period.

  • Cancellation Policy and Conditions

    All cancellations incur a 10% non-refundable administration fee subject to a minimum fee of $50.00

    Any cancellation of a booking which is 7 days or more from the date of travel you receive a full refund of your payment less the administration fee. Any cancellation of a booking which is between 3 days and 6 days from the date of travel will result in the loss of 50% of your payment. Any cancellation of a booking which is within 48 hours from the date of travel will result in the full loss of your payment.
    Waiheke Shuttles cannot guarantee changes will be able to be made to existing bookings within 48 hours from the date of travel and the customer will still be responsible for payment of bookings made where such changes are unable to be made. On occasion our shuttles may be delayed slightly for a pickup due to circumstances outside our control, for example ferries running late. On such occasions our drivers will make all attempts possible to contact your group to advise you of the situation, no refunds will be made in these isolated situations.
    If the number of people who have turned up for a booking is lower than the number in the booking confirmation and no notification of a reduction in numbers has been given to Waiheke Shuttles within 48 hours from the date of travel payment will be required for the full number of passengers in the booking confirmation as resources have been allocated to the transfers.
    There is NO REFUND for passengers who fail to arrive at their designated pickup point at the arranged time and failed to notify us.
    The consumption of alcohol is NOT permitted on our buses or vans.
    Waiheke Shuttles is under NO obligation to carry drunken or disorderly individuals and there may be occasions where we will refuse access to our vehicles by such individuals.
    Intoxicated and drunken behavior will not be tolerated and unruly passengers causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the vehicle and no refunds will be given.
    Passengers who are sick in the bus/van or damage equipment on the bus/van will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.00

  • Wedding Transfers

    To confirm Wedding Transport Bookings a minimum 50% deposit is required if the transport date is more than one month in advance and full payment is required if the transport date is less than one month. 

    Wedding Transfer Booking Guarantee:

    Valid Credit Card details will be required for all weddings and social events as a guarantee. This is to cover any cleanup of vehicles required due to passengers being sick or spilling drinks and dropping food or any internal or external damage to the vehicle in any way.

    Individual wedding transfers are scheduled and agreed to at the time the booking is made and changes to these transfers can only be made by the person who made the initial booking or by a group member who has authorisation from the person who made the initial booking.
